The Virginia Beach Taxpayer Alliance (VBTA) is an organization dedicated to promoting fiscal responsibility and prudent budgetary policies in city and state governments. Their membership consists of current and former elected officials, civic activists, and concerned taxpayers “to express views and formulate corrective recommendations to governmental fiscal matters”.
